PAYMENTS

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site.

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. We may, in our soul discretion, limit or cancel quantities per person or per order.

PRODUCTS

Our bangles are made with copper mined in South Africa. We do not, however, guarantee that the colour, specifications, and details will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.

All bangles are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that a every design will be in stock. No two handmade bangles are completely identical, each has its own unique marks of time and touch, the beauty of artisan imperfection.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping will be paid by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of the purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. If an item is damaged during the shipping, seller will not be held responsible.

For international customers, in terms of express shipments all duties, taxes, and customs fees applied by the country of destination will be a cost for the customer (receiver) in that country.

CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

We accept returns, in the original packaging, within 21 days, and issue refunds less the total shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for the costs of both the original and return shipping.

CANCELLATION

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints about items may be sent to support@africraft.au. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.

LEGALITIES

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
